What's the craziest thing that's ever happened to you in game?

✭✭I got feared by boss and stuck in an altar in The Shadow Cleft (Clockwork city delve), so that my body was inside except head sticking out from top.
That kind of thing happens all the time to everyone, but in this case /stuck or port to wayshrine or guildie did not work but kicked me out of game (to login or char select not sure which one). Logging back, quit and restarting client also failed. I was preparing to whine to support and waste few days but after lots of wiggling and frustration finally managed to find a position where I could port to home of a guildie.
Still managed to kill the boss at some point while struggling stuck in the altar but honestly some passer by did most of the dmg.0 -
TheNightflame✭✭✭✭✭I was killing the harvesters around cloud ruler temple, and every one that died raised the ground a bit, but I'd clip through it and stay at the original ground level. by the end, cloud ruler temple was "on the ground" and I could almost go inside it

Weirdest was probably then I was defending an keep in Cyrodil. AD was outnumbered a lot so most cut it and ran after the main gate went down and DC and later EP entered but some repaired the gate then leaving.
Now as the only AD left in keep I did non discriminating fire support for the other factions who was to busy fighting to bothered much with me, ranked up a loads of AP, think i got solo kill credit for all since I was only AD.
Some guy tried to break down the gate from the inside, this is rare, I stopped him but door was breached from the outside and one faction won out and went for the keep, used oil but would obviously loose so then they breached the keep door I jumped down and ran away Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.3 -

✭Weirdest thing I remember was back when trials got broken, people kept disconnecting halfway, and all sorts of strange glitches occurred.
vAA HM. The Mage got stuck on her axe summoning phase. She stood there blabbering the whole fight non-stop. "I can't control these--My armory has a mind of---I can't control---I can't contro---My armory....." Everyone was laughing in Discord and begging for her to please shut up because it was incredibly annoying.
On the bright side, since she got stuck, I had to deal with a total amount of zero axes. Spent the whole fight just attacking minimages, helping positioning atronachs, and popping mines.1 -

COH especially num 2 as one boss can knock out through the walls or off map and can see vertical stripes.
Wayrest 1 where boss comes down the stairs before the notorious door. Can glitch you into the stairs etc.
Falk. Hold, Col Boss has knocked me into a the edge of a building. The adds tried to but couldn't attack me. Had to wait for group wipe and then his Meteor attack was the only damage, slow death.
I've fallen through Volenfell a few times. Long drop, iirc you fall back to the beginning.
Did a dung pledge the other day & 2 of the group kept standing still eating cake for like 2 mins. Just weird.
An overland bear glitched/partly in a tree, standing on its hind legs, scratching itself.
I've walked on air when trying to fall off ledges in overland content.
Just cute. Bleakrock Isle. There's an owl on a rock who turns it's head like they do in r/l. Never noticed until recently lol.
Funny times when you & your opponent die together in BGs.
VMA lag causing death especially on the last stage of the final arena. The ghosts just traverse the arena the whole time. Game doesn't respond. You eventually die and see Death Recap. The boss and adds appear. Bummer for a no-death run.
Remember the Wrothgar event? Lots of zone chat "Have xyz quest, can share" type messages. One funny post (not by me) was "Have girlfriend, can share".

IndianaJames7✭✭✭✭✭There’s on place in greenshade near one of surveys where you can get stuck in a hole fairly easy if you try to take a certain shortcut. I got stuck 4 times in a row and had to port back to the wayshrine only to fall in the same trap again. You’d think I would have learned my lesson after the 3rd failed attempt xD.

✭Doing the 2 last rounds of vDSA with pug and framerate was 5, the lag was insane (999), enemies didnt cause damage and we players only could use light attacks.
It was on Monday, we know, buggy as hell (I think on Murkmire release date).

✭Saw a crazy thing, was in a pug vet dungeon and one of the DPS can stand in the boss's aoe and eat the damage and not die, his health drops to 0.0 and then it becomes full again. The other DPS saw this and tried it, but died...1 -

A friend of mine gave my bf three gold Spinner’s Rings, they were going for a ton at the time and bf wasn’t in a trade guild so he did it the old fashioned way, advertising in zone chat. He sold one but the other two were proving hard to get rid of.
Until one fateful day a man named ‘Big Unit’ approached him and was like ‘I’m interested in the rings.’ overjoyed my bf quickly responded with the price and was hit with ‘Are you female?’ by Mr. Unit himself.
Unsure of how to proceed my bf said ‘I can be whatever you want me to be bb’ a mere jest in the face of an adversary. Unit response was ‘Add me on Discord’
I don’t know if it was the notion of finding a buyer for the rings that had evaded him for so long but the mad lad added him.
The entire time I was watching this unfold, giggling at the ridiculousness of it all. I continued watching as my bf called Big Unit, my bf having a very deep voice asked ‘Want to buy a ring?’ Well his audacity sent Mr. Unit over the edge into a rage induced typing spree, after hanging up the call of course. After having a laugh an idea came to my mind. ‘What if...I talk to him?’
As this idea simmered until eventually reaching a definitive ‘Suuuuure’ from my bf, I was added to the call and rung him back up. He answered. Despite myself being terribly anxious I was still undeniably female. ‘Would you like to buy a ring?’ I asked in the least shaky voice I could muster.
Big Unit is typing...
Big Unit: Yes.
Both my bf and me were overjoyed, we were in! The now massive Unit told us where to meet to which my bf quickly teleported, eager to get rid of his stupid ring.
Upon approaching the dock, there he proudly stood. A large, nearly naked, man in a superman pose, really a sight to see.
Big Unit requested to trade, ready to reap the rewards my bf accepted, about to click on the ring when Unit started to pour crafting mats into the trade box and submitted the trade.
Confused, my bf accepted, then another trade popped up, and another. Literally thousands of mats were traded to him from Mr. Unit. No gold, no ring. Still bewildered my bf asked about the sale but Big Unit just scampered off without a trace.
A few minutes later came the PMs,
‘Where is the girl?
I want to court her
Play games with her
Fine wine and dine her’
And a few things I don’t think I can type on these forums.
I was kinda freaked out, however never having any interaction with Big Unit on the game I was safe. We blocked him on Discord and my bf blocked him on the game.
And so ends the story of Big Unit.
TL;DR, Dude named Big Unit tries to buy a ring from a confirmed female, sends over thousands of mats for no reason, and then PMs scary messages.
To this day we still have the mats he gave us, using them with respect but also fear.
