Yes, this!! Same!! If you own a banker, you never have inconvenience in Mournhold. I love it, always have, always will. And my trade guild is in Mournhold as well.

During the Elsweyr event, both of them moved to Rimmen. Do you take up residence in a zone when there's an event there-- assuming you have housing in that zone-- or do you just take the wayshrines to get to the event zone each day and head back home after you're finished in that zone for the day?

And if you do take up residence in the event zone, do you stick around for a while after the event is over, or do you head back to your usual home zone?

Most often my characters hang out in Gold Coast.

I love the dailly quests there, Kvatch arena is my favorite world boss (hord mode!) and both delvs are extremely quick and easy. So picking up a bit of XP is fun and fast. Kvatch also has everything I need crafting and research wise, all close together and easily accessible. It also has really good lighting for the outfit station compared to many other locations. Also just like the aesthetics of Gold coast. Which does make me wonder, why didnt I just purchase the large castle/house there. (I got Hundings palace instead)... I think I didnt realise how awesome Gold Coast was back then.

However, my characters move where they need to be regularly, for dailly quests, pledges, guild stores, story content, events etc. Im not precious about where they are "living" at any moment.

My less active characters are home at the Sleek Creek house, my more active ones are hanging out at Rawl'ka. My crafter splits time between Rawl'ka for crafting dailies, and works on the Serenity Falls Estate part time. All of my characters are Khajiit, so they'll probably end up staying there unless I'm just blown away by the housing choices around Senchal in the Pelletine.

Yeah, I was tempted to stick around in Rimmen, especially because I haven't completed all of the content in Elsweyr yet. My initial impression of Rimmen (back when Elsweyr launched) wasn't great, but actually spending some time there has changed my impression of Rimmen for the better.

I think personally the biggest pro I have for Rimmen is that there's no NPCs singing like in Alinor.

There is one khajit sitting in the crafting area, who is jamming and shredding on vocals though.

Ill take a new song. If i have to hear star eyed bride of alinor one more time I'm going to uninstall ESO

Yes - but right now I have family coming for several days, so I'm only going to have time to login to pick up daily rewards. After they're out of my hair I'll move my mains back to do dragons.

lol I perused this thread this morning prior to logging in, and upon logging in several of my char's that were parked at the Dragon sites I found the area deserted, save for the Dragons sitting there waiting for some action.

Event happening or not all my chars are parked in Vivec City, for the exact same reasons you stated.
Before Morrowind came out, Snorhelm was where all my chars were parked.

Do you mean the Amaya Lake Lodge? I haven't bought that one yet. One thing I keep wondering about it, is whether it later becomes the site of Pelagiad from TES3?
