Coming back to ESO after a break.
Working on my build for the upcoming update.
Wanted to ask your opinion about Eye of the Storm ulti for solo PvP.
I watch a lot of ESO players on youtube and twich and I rarely see this ulti being picked, any reason why? 2 years ago it was used by everybody....
So what do you think, is it good or should I just go with Meteor for big dmg ulti?

✭✭✭✭✭In a 1v1, its very dependent on your ability to stay on top of the enemy through the whole effect in order to deliver the full power of the blow. If you struggle with that, or you want to use your ultimate as burst damage or more often in a fight than EotS, you might try something else.3
