Its really easy actually. However you do primarily need the Elsweyr DLC to get full benefit.
Simply by completing any of the 3 dailly quests available from Rimmen - the city in Elsweyr, this will generate tickets, 2 per day I think.
You can also just run the group dungeons from Elsweyr.
