On live (Scalebreaker)? It is definitely possible, you can view public logs of several people exceeding 100k and their gear and skills here: https://www.esologs.com/zone/rankings/13#boss=3009

On Dragonhold PTS I believe 100k is impossible after the 15-20% global DPS nerfs. The best I’ve seen there is 93k.

If I only lose 10k I'll be happy, I never bothered with lokk, I used rele and deadly with vma but I may change to a deadly 2h and back to a monstah set

Yes, there or there abouts... if you are a freak of nature and among the top 1% or so of players in ESO. Congrats!
