✭✭✭✭✭On live (Scalebreaker)? It is definitely possible, you can view public logs of several people exceeding 100k and their gear and skills here: https://www.esologs.com/zone/rankings/13#boss=3009
On Dragonhold PTS I believe 100k is impossible after the 15-20% global DPS nerfs. The best I’ve seen there is 93k.2 -
