Black rose 2h not doing 100% of damage to other targets

    So im i wrong to say not doing 100% of damage to 2nd target?

    You know you can edit your posts right?

    Mauls are the worst to test with. The percentage pen makes it harder to calculate the amount you have.

    Clearly there is problem.

    Ya i know i could had edit and added extra but tbh bro not really felling this game do to OTHER issue but thank you for your time and hopefully for the rest of you all they take as much time as you have to fix doubtful but hey 1 can hope right once again ty and sorry for earlier that frustration wasn't on you

    It's possible that the damage is being double mitigated, as situations like this have happened many times in the history of eso. This would mean that the initial hit is being mitigsted by the dummies resistances, then when that damage is copied to nearby targets it is AGAIN being mitigated by the other targets resistances..


    There could also just be specific buffs/debuffs that are not applying on the second hit. With zos's code, you never really know.
