This quest has a bug that stop progresion when you need to show the scour sanctuary map to Kasura i can only say goodbye and cant continue (i think i need to use the horses but i cant)

skilllearnerSoul Shrivenif your character hasn,t done the main quest line up to when sia visits his training town - the quest bugs - just do the main quest to that point and you can then continue with the prologue quest - hope this helps - worked for me.
