What exactly are you looking for in an ESO Classic? VR levels? Caldwell's gold and silver having slightly harder overland content? There was a lot of flaws that came with everything.
ESO sucked before One Tamriel. You won't find many nostalgics for that.

Exactly this I am asking the OP since post #7 and haven't received a substantiated reply yet.
The only differences today (or February 2015 for that matter) with April 2014 are for the better.
VR levels & Cadwel's Silver/Gold were a big grind, having still locked 2/3 of the game after you went to level 50, completed the alliance main quest line, Coldharbour and your character main quest line.
You had to go through everything on the next alliance maps, to unlock the one after that.
That's why nobody, even myself, wants to go back to 2014 ESO.
ESO sucked before One Tamriel. You won't find many nostalgics for that.
OK didn't "sucked" but was a hard tedious game. Especially for those who were playing in May 2014 as AD and went to EP as our "Cadwel Silver". The VR mobs bug in the EP zone, made even VR3-4 trash fights feeling like a trial. To put in perspective, killing a Hoarer (the trash beetle like looking one in Black Marsh) was like going so kill solo a dragon in Elswyer but without the mechanics.
The whole thing was so hard and soul killing until the June 2014 patch fixing the bug, that is the reason don't set foot on EP maps for over 5 1/2 years.

Minus the bugs and the lockdowns, some of us enjoyed the challenge and actually having higher level and lower level zones...
though it looks as if the devs are making a half-arsed attempt to make the game a bit harder ~ > nef-nerf-nerf-nerf LOL
