Well I checked my achievements and it says I completed the prologue back in August but I sure don't remember doing it so yeah.0

✭✭✭✭✭There were prologue quests for Northern Elsweyr, the Kasura message from the Crown store starts the prologue quests for Southern Elsweyr.
Which icon are you referring to that is grayed out?
