Also, do you enjoy spending a lot of your in-combat time buffing? I don't really, which makes me not enjoy some otherwise interesting-looking magden build concepts.
Ever considered going the opposite way? Stamwarden and MagDK?

For stamina, I main a stamblade and have recently been playing around with a stamnecro. Taking some time to figure out the necro. I think the stamblade is super fun to play with, though the rotation is dynamic and it took a bit to figure out the playstyle.
Stam DK is a so-so class to play in PVE. I played it for a long, long time before switching to a stamblade. Great sustain, great tankiness, not so great in the DPS in comparison to a nightblade or templar. Its been improved in the last year, but it lacks things like an execute and the rotation is, well, dull. On the flip side, its a very tanky, viable class for PVP. Big upside is that you can easily turn a DK into a tank if you later feel that need.
Never played a warden, so can't comment.
EDIT: wanted to clarify one thing about the Stam DK. I assume you are talking about running the DK as a DPS. Its a great class for tanking.

Funny you should say that because I was reading some stuff and I came to the conclusion that that would be a better setup. I'd still have the themes of the classes (actually reinforced because of the pure fire of a magdk). My only problem is that then I wouldn't have a healer to run with, wouldn't it be better to run a Magplar instead of the dk in this case? Or is the magdk a wanted class for.pve.runs?
Also, stamden, is it a good pve.class? I know that for pvp.they're amazing
