Anything but Skyrim. I wouldn't be interested in vampire/werewolf additions, but that would be nice for those who are into all that. I never wanted anything to do with them, don't like them in the lore, never have - and I've played TES since Arena. I just ignore that stuff....

Considering work on the next chapter would already be well under way it is a little late for a change of theme. Heck, Zos has probably already started working on the outline for 2021 as these things don't just finish themselves over night.

But maybe Zos will get an idea for later on down the road. Certainly good to discuss a wish list.

I am hoping for a year long story that does not involve saving the world, or part of it, from impending disaster. I realize that this is the bedrock upon which TES games are built, so not holding my breath.

But, if ZOS could do that, I leave the details up to them.

An Imperial-style Chapter taking place in Western Cyrodiil/South-Eastern Hammerfell would be nice for ESO's 2020 Chapter location. After all, the other side of Varen's Wall Gatehouse in The Gold Coast, south of Kvatch, has to lead somewhere; and, the city of Skingrad from TES IV: Oblivion has yet to be seen during ESO's timeline, unlike Anvil, Kvatch, Chorrol, Bruma, Cheydinhal, and Bravil (inaccessible), and I don't think Leyawiin/Blackwood will ever be seen anytime soon given their close proximity to Rimmen/Northeastern-Elsweyr and North-western Murkmire, which were two of the most recently-added areas.
An Imperial-themed Chapter West of PvP-Cyrodiil and East of The Gold Coast zone seems especially fitting, following the Imperials tertiary involvement in Elsweyr's story. Skingrad is one of the most iconic cities in Cyrodiil and it has been greatly ignored for too long.
The Skyrim Chapter will likely be saved for 2021, commemorating TES V: Skyrim's 10-year anniversary, since Skyrim originally released in 2011; so, an ESO Skyrim Chapter in 2021 seems most probable.
Perhaps a future chapter will take place off of Tamriel and inside another Daedric Realm, or maybe even on another continent, such as the highly mysterious Akavir.

Next is probably Skyrim.
I want to know a lot more about the Dwemer even though TES 6 will probably be about that since it will be in Hammerfell.
Next theme should be about the divines just so we have an excuse to make threads about monks and the need for Unarmed skill line.
Mmm... Skyrim with a drunkard's college? They get into bar fights with their bare hands.

Anything that doesn't involve Khajiit and if TES VI is Hammerfell then it will not be that. With the (re)introduction of the Dragonguard I would not be surprised if it was Akavir.

Something that is properly focused on the Imperials, with either Colovia or Nibenay. Let's see a storyline like Orsinium that is not about a daedric prince, but instead about treacherous politics! We know everything about them is in chaos after the war and daedra invasion. Let's see it.
Besides, I'm sure Tharn will be happy to return home and try get some order.

Though truthfully, I'd be happy with anything besides Skyrim.

I could literally care less where the chapter is located.

However, I think it's safe to say one of the main themes that have a high chance of being in the next chapter is a dawnguard vs vampire conflict of some sort. It's unique and cool and something we haven't seen in ESO as of yet. Plus IMO it would be very cool to see how the dawnguard were back when they were a thing. Not to mention Lord Harkon should be doing his giant sacrifice to molag bal sometime soon in the second era, so maybe we could do something around that? Or something entirely new?

Idk, as long as I get my updated vampire skill line or vampire lord skill line Im satisfied.

Daedric planes. The realms of the different princes we haven’t visited in Oblivion much yet. And there’s ample opportunity for dungeon dlcs in the theme.

The following year could be the different planes of Aetherius.
