All I've been thinking is "god damn, there goes that script again with the dragon that does nothing to make me see it as a threat. It's just there and will be just there again in a bit"
Is it over? I never even started it at all. I have no clue what this event is about at all, all I see is a dragon in the sky and I'm like "yea yea".

I've done the pathfinder achievement, and I've been getting event tickets daily. I haven't really had time to think about the event beyond that so I can't remember what else those activities might contribute to.

I did Pathfinder and killed a few dragons each day to raise money for kitties and other animals. The charity part helped sell my wife on my laptop use every night for the dragon grind.

No, I don't own Elsweyr and probably won't spend money on it until it's dirt cheap or gets included with Plus one day. The event wasn't a huge incentive for me; I own enough cosmetics.

I think ZOS did a great job with this event and I have been enjoying it. I did the pathfinder achievement for 2 PC/NA accounts and 1 PC/EU (would have finished 2 pathfinders on PC/EU but we reached the goal so fast!) and kill a few dragons everyday. The rewards for the goals were pretty cool too. Thanks ZOS!

You know the event is still ongoing, right? I mean, yes, the three special freebies have all been earned, but killing dragons was not a requirement for those.

The dragon kill-count determined whether the XP bonus got unlocked-- which it did.

And the prologue quest-count will determine whether the gold bonus gets unlocked.

Anyway, I helped earn the three Pathfinder rewards-- or four, if we count the strongboxes as separate from the hoard. I haven't helped kill any dragons yet, but I'm going to start tonight-- except, from what I've read in the forum, I don't expect to be much "help," since it sounds like it's similar to those dolmen groups where half of the players are spamming thermonuclear AoEs that cause everything to melt in seconds, and the other half of the players are lucky if they can even get a hit in while there's still something to hit.

I did the Pathfinder achievement prior you the event. Been gettng tickets by killing dragons and killed an extra one or two here and there. I just can't bring myself to grind them after doing the kill 50 and minion achievements on 2 characters.

I thought all you had to do was the pathfinder achievement? The notification says nothing about dragons and just says do the pathfinder achievement.

Log in daily on EU to kill dragons and earn tickets. Logged into the NA server and got Elseweyr pathfinder achievement on 1 character too.

Yes. I did my bit for the Community on PC EU and on PC NA.

Killing the Grey Dragons was a good way to get those Iron Atronachs - for the Achievement.

The rewards are awesome, so thank-you ZOS. My Chars all adore that pile of treasure, in particular.

Yes, on all platforms and servers. For the kitty charity and my friends and fellow players. I feel a little bit bad about all those dragons....eh, not really.

Though I do like seeing them in other zones flying overhead, very cool fit the event.

Ah, so that is why the dragons are through out Tameriel. ( I assume it's all over since the on that is over Vulkhen Guard, I am guessing they are in the other alliances beginner city as well) It is advertising for people who don't own Elsweyr yet and a reminder that you still have a chance to buy it.

Not sure how to think of this. Desperate for sales and sales not good or just a very ingenious way of advertising it while playing the game.

I got the pathfinder achievement out of the way a couple of days before the event, on both the NA and EU servers. (Incidentally, that EU character only exists because of the Summerfall event last year. Her mount is fully trained now.)

I'll kill a dragon or two each day on each server for tickets and loots. They seem to be getting dead pretty readily without me so I'm not going to worry too much about doing more for the charity. Although if the spawn points were closer to wayshrines I'd probably do some farming for the gold boxes.

I'm not going to do the Dragonhold prologue because that's going to wait until I get there in my main character's questing journey.
