Dragonhold prologue quest : when and where ?

The question is in the title... today's october 8th ... maybe not all over the planet yet, but...
I checked the article, it says nothing apart from "october 8th"...
Anyone knows ? Either from PTS, or from some announcement I may have missed ?

(I'm secretly in love with Sai Sahan and can't wait to see him again).

    @SantieClaws Agree. These prologue quests always take place in base game regions.

    I think they said you had to do the elseweyr prologue quest? If you havent I advise you to so you know whats going on

    Thanks all ! I waited a few more hours and now I'm back with Sai and ohhh so happpyyyy ! :-)

    I've asked another question in a separate thread : what happened to him if you've sacrificed him back then (which I of course didn't do) ?

    1. Can you do this new prologue?
    2. Does it spoil all of Elsweyr because the quest text assumes you’re done?

    I did the prologue on a character that hasn't even started Elsweyr quest line (I have yet to finish it on any character), and I don't think there's any spoiler
