How do I get my rewards?

I see people all over posting pics of stuff they got.

    Go to the Crown Store and "buy" the free bundle.

    I am pure PC, sorry. I have zero idea on how the whole console thing works or what the Crown Store UI is like there. Check with X'boxers to see if they got it or if it's a widespread issue. On PC it was the very top item on ... well, whatever tab seemed appropriate. I don't recall the name. Special? Promotions? Events?

    It's up on Xbox on the featured tab. Assuming you have Elsweyr (just checking), You may need to do a console reset. Stuff added to store sometimes needs a reset to show up.

    CAUTION: Be sure to open your rewards under your main character, because items are bound.

    You mean that pile of gold? I tried buying it but I got a dialog stating that it is not published or available yet. Do I have to do the achievements from event (Elsweyr pathfinder or sth like that) or just own Elsweyr?

    It was bugged earlier, got fixed by noonish I think. Try it again?

    Not an issue for needing a caution.

    In this game "bound" means "account bound", so any of your characters can open it and all the others can use (via bank).

    If something is "character bound" then it is only usable by the character that received it (such as level-up rewards).

    The gear set boxes are character bound. If you do this on a low level char and open them, you will waste the gear as it will be low level. We do not yet know if levelling the char to max before opening gives you max level gear.

    So DO be cautious.
