How do YOU manage it all? Do you have one character that has everything researched? One character with all 7 crafts? Your alts with none? Split somehow? Do you do writs on all characters but only put significant point investments in one character?
Please share your thoughts and experiences. Thanks.

I could do writs on my 3 characters, because two of them have most traits researched, and my main is almost a grand master crafter with everything researched, but I choose to spend that writs time doing something else in the game. I do not have to much time to play so, if I do writs, I do them on one char.
I just don't understand how some can do this grind on 15 chars... I can barely do it on 3, even if I have plenty of time, it is just to boring.

I do them so I don't have to do other tasks that are tedious to me.
I always have improvement materials, so I don't have to shop and buy them.
I always have gold so I can buy any furnishings I want from the weekend vendor, and jewelry from the golden vendor
I always have gold so I can buy things from the crown store (with others gifting it to me)
I always have gold so I can buy the undaunted monster style helms/shoulders without running a dungeon 100x hoping for a drop.
I can buy any gold-purchasable house in the game, instead of spending real-world money to buy them with crowns.
I personally find them relaxing and easy to do when I get home from work, check my social media, read the news, catch up on a TV show, eating dinner, etc... Everybody is going to have a different opinion about it.

I had thought they were bind on pickup, but this would be good news for me, even if they are a bit expensive.

I'm referring to the STYLE pages you can get from running them. Not the monster helms itself. They have typically had them available for a 4 week span. The current one is the Velidreth Helm/Shoulder I believe. Again, these are not the equipable monster helms/shoulders with the special 2 piece bonuses, they are simply the style pages for adjusting your outfit to use those styles.
You can, however, buy monster helms when they come to the golden vendor in Cyrodiil.

Getting there was just a matter of taking turns to deconstruct everything the crew picked up (except the ornates, which are better sold). The main crafter makes the research pieces for the "younger" ones, using lowest level material.
I recently started doing this as well, after reading another poster saying they did it. Only for jewelry, though; the other non-consumables go up so fast. My first 3 characters are capped on cloth/smithing/wood (the first is capped on everything), so now the intricate pieces "cascade" to the lower ones, and it's only going to pick up like the proverbial snowball rolling downhill. My 4th and 5th chars will soon be capped on these 3 as well, and they were created much later.FlopsyPrince wrote: »I am deconstructing even the ornates in jewelry. It is more because even a tiny bit helps with JC. It takes so long as it was.
Given the grains that drop now from jewelry dailies I've decided to level up all my NA alts and get them doing dailies. My 2nd alt is done but it took my main making around 150 platinum rings to deconstruct to get him to level 50.
I plan on getting them all started on the Psijic skill line so they can see portals. That jewelry infused mat is worth a lot and the more alts running around finding portals the better.
