It's possible that you can get more than 2 tickets per day during that event. Last year you got 3 tickets on killing the last boss in a group dungeon. That would give you 15 tickets over the 5 days, which would be enough for one berry. That said, last year's event lasted a bit longer, so maybe the rules will be different this year as well.

Yyyeah as a EU person these event times are horrible.. its a choice between trying to sleep or wake up just to do the "daily event ticket" thing

Even if it's 3 tickets per day like last year that's only 12 tickets in total. (Not that 15 is much better.)

That's especially frustrating because I'm going to be away for at least part of December (imagine that, people have families to visit over Christmas) so I'm going to miss a chunk of the New Life festival and was counting on getting a head start on tickets from the earlier events to balance that out.

Assuming:
1) it's possible to get 2 tickets per day from the Witches Festival, Dawn of the Dragonguard and New Life and 3 per day from the Undanted Event,
2) You were able to play every day, including the last one when the event only runs until 10am EDT and we frequently have maintenance cutting off the end of that,

Then it's possible to get 24 tickets from the Witches Festival, 15 from Undaunted, 28 from Dragonguard and 30 from New Life, for a total of 97 tickets. If you're in Europe you can subtract 2-3 for each event or 9 from the overall total because it's highly likely you'll miss the last day of each event due to the timing - revised total 88 tickets. (For other time zones you'll have to work it out yourself, I'm not sure what the impact would be.)

The Pure Snow indrik will cost 80 tickets (40 for feathers, 40 for berries) the white indrik pet will be 10 tickets and there will probably be an unknown number of other items with unknown costs available during each event.

Impacts will vary greatly between players. But for me it looks like I'll be able to get the pure snow (because I'll have another nascent by the end of this event, so I'll only need 40 tickets for berries) but may have to forget about having a nascent to keep unevolved unless the rumours of another indrik being introduced in 2020 are true and that means feathers will still be available.

You can't blame them for trying to encourage people to log in though. I don't think they intended to make you feel unhappy. Was just looking at the event list and thought this one looked weirdly short too. It's not a very big window of opportunity to participate if you happen to be busy around that time.

There is actually a 5th Indrik, Spectral. You can see that in your Fragments tab.

I know they said it was "buy it now" but I would really like to get the one pet I missed (the first Indirik one) and possibly the first upgrade that I didn't get on EU since I hadn't started playing there at the time.

Not a big deal either way. They are cute, but get annoying after a while anyway.
