ZERO ticket so far, I killed every possible bosses in Elsweyr

Since yesterday, I killed all possible bosses in Elsweyr : dragons in zone, delve bosses, world bosses, bosses in Sunspire Veteran : for now, I got ZERO ticket on loot ; all my friends got, not me ; my tickets account is for now 4/12, so it is not full ; and it's not changing, I got just nothing ; so I already "missed" 4 ticked since yesterday ; I really don't know what to do and I need those tickets for collecting my mount

Does anyone else have this issue? I submitted a ticket but I am afraid the event will end before getting help.
(And YES I looted everything and didn't kill random mobs on my way)

The only thing I could think of would be that you (or someone in your group) killed a normal mob in Elsweyr and didn't loot it.
Though the chances of tickets dropping from the normal mobs corpses aren't so high.
But 2 days in a row seems kinda weird so it could definitely be a bug. Had a similar problem with the last event with no tickets dropping from the IC bosses.

Best to post your ticket number here too and tag @ZOS_GinaBruno or someone else to look into it.

That's odd. Dragons in Northern Elsweyr are the best Way to get 2 Tickets a Day.

Did you get any loot at all from the Overland Dragons? My one friend for example tanked one the other Day and got no loot, think it doesn't drop Rewards for people with too little Damage.
(Can't speak about Sunspire, haven't tried it yet.)

Yea, seems like the issue my friend had. Maybe try again today without a Group and die to the AoEs of the Dragon a few times. So that the Game recognizes you as "fighting". I don't know.

Anyway, try to do it without a Group. Like @Wolfkeks said, might have been that one of your friends got the Tickets from a Mob, that you didn't see and thus didn't loot. =RIP Tickets.

I wonder if the number of players matter, even if you aren't grouped with them? I've had no trouble getting my tickets each day in a delve or public dungeon, and either I was the only person who killed a boss/MOB, or there were no more than 3 or 4 other players attacking the boss/MOB. If you got looting privileges then presumably either there weren't too many people or you did enough damage to be rewarded for your contribution. But evidently there's some kind of glitch going on, and the only thing I can think of is that maybe it's related to how many players are involved in a kill. Maybe the game can think that you've gotten your daily ticket drop even though you didn't get looting privileges, or something like that, so that no matter how many times you solo-kill a boss/MOB after that, the game won't drop any more tickets for you? Or maybe it's some kind of problem with whatever boolean flag the game is using to track whether you've gotten your tickets for the day, like the flag isn't getting reset for certain players the way it is for everybody else? I wonder where that flag is-- on the server, or on the client machine? They'll never tell, because they wouldn't want anyone to figure out a way to hack it and get potentially unlimited tickets every day, so presumably it's on the server, but who knows?

Haven't had nor heard of any issues on ps4 NA other then from like 3 who just really didn't know what to do thought all adds had same rate to drop after like 6 or 7 adds they asked got told kill and actually boss or dragon and they reported back they got their tickets and an ty but if your ALWAYS in group when starting id try doing an boss not in group and see how that gos and also save video to show might help to its easy to say but no one can disprove an video showing issue

PCEU. I have not had any problems getting tickets from dragons, but by zone chat apparently some had, possibly something to do with grouping. If I was early enough, no problem with a casual world drop geared lv20 character to get credit & loot & tickets ungrouped. Get there fast or camp a landing place with the crowd ungrouped, do what dmg you can, do not stand in red.

OP, you say your tickets are now 4/12. Can you confirm that you already had 4 tickets before the event started? And if you are not sure, my second question would be, do you allow others to play on your account? (They may of killed the bosses already and got your tickets) Just shooting in the dark here.

Have you tried killing a delve boss on your own? I've not had any problems on PC/NA getting tickets from any of the sources but getting away from groups might see if it is group related or just you.

I've been getting tickets since the event started. Just been killing dragons. Only exception was a world boss. Was never grouped though in either circumstance. You don't need to be grouped to get the credit for killing dragons or to loot them. My suggestion to everyone is to not be grouped for these. It seems to be the common denominator for everyone who is having issues.

I was fortunate enough that I knew exactly why I lost my tickets on Friday: ESO froze partway through my first dragon fight and I had to force quit. So I didnt get tickets from that or subsequent boss fights.

Using the Ask for Help option under Help, I had to reply to the initial boilerplate response, but once Support clarified the situation, they refunded my 2 missing tickets.

Some people have had success in Moongrave Fane. That's a dungeon, so all the enemies are going to be lying around "nearby". Really, really, hard to miss looting anything AND ZOS said tickets are on the final boss (suggesting there won't be any until the final boss).
Maybe try that closed environment to confirm that you are still bugged.

Sorry to hear that you aren't getting event tickets.

I have been getting tickets every day on a stamcro that I am leveling. I start by doing the daily delve quest first. Work my way to the back of the delve, kill the delve boss, get my event tickets. And then do the WB and dragon dailies where there are lots of other folks around.

If you are not getting tickets after doing the daily delve quest first, I would keep contacting ZOS.

That has nothing to do with event tickets. The Pathfinder achievement is related to the pet, costume, and furnishing awards.

Event tickets are just from killing mobs, creatures, and bosses. Guaranteed drops from bosses.

The safest, quickest thing to do is to park a character at a delve boss, kill it, and get your tickets. Then go kill dragons and WBs as you like. If you can't, make absolutely certain you loot everything you kill before you get your tickets.

As I mentioned, I lost my event tickets due to a game crash during my first dragon fight of the day. Support was able to refund the tickets.

Yeah, I was able to get tickets on my EU character before completing the Pathfinder achievement.

Quoting and bolding this, because this is the impression I've gotten as well, in both this and other threads. Of course, it's all just anecdotal, but it seems to be enough of a common denominator that it's probably worth the effort to try playing ungrouped. You can still play with your friends, just don't formally group.

Oddly, I got the impression that the people being affected were NOT in a group-- in the vicinity of other players, maybe, but not actually grouped with any of them. This had originally been one of my thoughts as well, but the responses seemed to indicate that no grouping was involved.
