Mail from Blacksmith Hireling has unknown attachment that cannot be collected.

I received the daily shipment of materials from the Blacksmith Hireling two days ago, but one of the attachments appears as a red question mark and cannot be taken. I've never seen this happen with an item before, nor have I received any other mail with items that cannot be collected.
Since I cannot take the unknown attachment, I cannot delete the message from my Inbox.
I'm running on an Xbox One X, and am fully patched. Attached is a photo of the piece of mail.

✭✭✭✭✭That symbol means the Icon file is missing. Is there a Client repair option on the Xbox? That would be how to fix the issue.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
