Error 307 - Booted from server

I was in Elsweyr and had just finished defeating the world bosses at Red Hands Run. I did it all by myself. I bragged about soloing Red Hands Run on zone chat. Next thing I know, I'm kicked off the server. I tried several times to log back on, and every time I got the message shown in the title. What's going on here? Did I break a very important rule and am getting penalized for it?
