Bekkael✭✭✭✭✭I picked up the Elsweyr world boss daily and immediately went to kill it. It was the boss at the Bone Pit, and there were about 4 or 5 players there total. I got the box and 2 tickets from looting his body.
So, this sounds like a bug for some players, since I don't think all these people missing tickets would fail to loot their kills.~~ Lady Gamer ~~ ♥ ~~ Xbox NA ~~3 -

I tend to agree that what probably happened was the OP killed some smaller non-boss monster and didn't loot it, prior to the boss monster that was killed. But that's just a guess, and it's impossible to say in hindsight. Best thing to do is (1) keep trying today and hope, and (2) for remainder of event be sure to loot everything you kill, even if it's just a centipede, in case it does the "rare" ticket drop.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!0 -

Yes. That's why I asked on the forum topic post. Because Scalebreaker is a DLC you can buy it without Elsweyr and Moongrave Fane dungeon is located in Northern Elsweyr.
But it might have been unintended that people without Elsweyr could get tickets, so I put the question to ZOS.

✭✭✭✭✭I just killed a delve boss in Elsweyr with 1 other player and got 2 tickets and the box from looting the corpse.

Hanokihs✭✭✭✭✭This will probably sound dumb also, but I have noticed there is no notice in lootdrop (addon) that you obtained any tickets. The only way I know for sure that I did, since I have auto loot turned on and they don't hang around in your inventory, is to check my amounts before and after on the currency page.
I play on console, so no add-ons, but the notification didn't pop for me in the loot history either. The only way I knew I had them after killing a world boss was to check manually - started with 0, ended with 2. During the Dragon Rise event, all regular monsters in the Northern Elsweyr zone have a rare chance to drop Event Tickets when defeated. However, should you slay a boss monster in the same zone, an Event Ticket drop is guaranteed! Because it’s located in Northern Elsweyr, this includes the final boss in the Moongrave Fane dungeon! Don’t forget to loot everything you defeat. You can earn two Event Tickets this way each day of the event.
If you do not loot ALL mobs chances are you missed your tickets!2 -

Chances are regular monsters dropped your tickets and you didn't loot them
I know that. And I and another friend did get the eventticket at the first dragon, just our other friend didn't get anything. So we did some other dragons, world and dungeon bosses. But however, she doesn't get the tickets.
And no, she is not doing anything wrong. I expected so, too. But she does it right and there is now reason, why she doesn't get the event tickets. So it just can be a game issue.

Im done for this event just like the last one...killed 2 city bosses looted chest and no tickets.

Totally possible. But not realistic. I have been playing this game for a very long time. I know how the game works and how it does not. I'm no stranger to Events, and I read all patch/event updates. This was no simple overlooking issue. I did not forget to loot a mob prior to killing a world boss. It was the first thing I did when I logged into the account today.
It seems like it has struck other people as well. It is not an isolated case. I mean, its 2 event tickets..... Ill get them tomorrow. It just is a waste of my time tbh.Edited by HjorrMundGandr on October 3, 2019 7:27PM1 -

✭Began with 12 tickets from last event. Spent 10 for the last berry and crashed after combining the berries, logged back in, checked for the mount. Yup got it. So I had four feathers already so I combined those, got the nascent, checked to verify ticket count, 2/12 as should be but heard a summoning next to me like someone combining their berries and crashed.
Logged back in and got the heck away from the Glenumbra Impresarrio. Went kileed Dragons, did WB & Delve dailies, killed mobs, went got Dragon Hunt mission killed three more Dragons. Yes I looted everything got several boxes and half digested bags but no tickets.
Last night after the daily reset I did do the pathfinder and killed mobs. Maybe they counted before the event started. IDK.
Not real worried as I am sitting good. Will be able to get my fill on tickets taht will be saved to next event since I have all the motiff offers and don't want the pet. AS long as the ticket issue gets fixed. Posted this as it might help shed some light on the issue.1 -

✭Before you get your 2 tickets of the day you MUST loot EVERYTHING you kill because the tickets can drop from random mobs as well as bosses. Your tickets are probably on some random monster you killed before the first Dragon

haxx0rSoul ShrivenI would like to comment that a similar issue had also been present during the previous event (Imperial City).
There was also a 2-page thread under this sub-forum and was not addressed by anyone from ZOS.
Many sent a ticket but the issue was not resolved.
According to the system-automated email, should the issue persist, the player is allowed to reply and wait for a human response from ZOS.
Unfortunately, no reply was received till date.
In summary, lower your expectations regarding this issue being resolved by ZOS.
Like the previous thread, this thread will most probably be buried unnoticed over time.2 -

Had a thought. Is it possible that a random mob would lock onto us as we traveled but we did not engage it, then it was killed by someone else would that cont as one of our drops? That is the only thing I can think of that might be happening.0 -

Virys1967✭✭✭I own the Elsweyr chapter, I read all the posts about mobs dropping tickets rarely and guaranteed tickets from bosses.
I looted everything I killed, got the achievement for killing all the world bosses, killed 5 dragons and 4 delve bosses, making sure I looted every last one, and still no tickets.
This isn't happening to everyone, could it be the newly added tickets from mobs throwing a wrench in the works?1 -

Do you have CP invested in something defensive that "hits back" so if it hit you and you kept running you HAD in fact damaged it, then someone else killed it?
Or a combat pet?

yes, that would do it but i never grouped. But I did ignore some mobs like normal when traveling.1 -

✭The only only thing a player can do is make sure the 1st character you log into elsweyr for the day goes straight for a dragon or a world boss and is not in a group when you do it.
That's what I did for the first day, went straight for 2 dragons and got 2 tickets and was safe.1
