Dungeon Queue Entering a Dungeon that is done already.

I just got a WEIRD situation, and not just me, another person too, we queue for a random normal and when we get inside the dungeon was complete (Banished Cells 1) with 2 other guys just walking around and accepting the queue so more ppl come to do nothing, which is very very annoying, I had to leave group and wait more 10 minutes to queue again.

We SHOULD NOT queue to enter dungeons that were completed.

Another good idea is to BE ABLE TO CHOOSE if you want to enter into a dungeon that is in progress or not, since a lot of people do PLEDGES, sometimes you enter on a dungeon that is in progress and you dont want that cause otherwise you need to do the dungeon again to get the possible previous bosses that you missed, which is also annoying.

    They have a lot of work done behind the scenes on dungeon finder. It's possible that the first situation you describe could be fixed with the upcoming patch. I've noticed that the trigger for entering a completed dungeon can occur after you complete a dungeon, one or more people leave once it's complete and the group hits the random queue while in the completed instance. A random roll is made for any compatible dungeon but it does not exclude the one the players are currently in. If the roll comes up for the same dungeon, there doesn't seem to be a trigger in place to reset it. It just plops the original group back in there with new players who have no clue why that just happened. It can be prevented by fully leaving an instance before hitting random again or if 4 members in a full group queue again from the instance.

    As far as not wanting to enter a dungeon in progress, I'm not sure what the proper fix for that would be. Obviously those already in the dungeon with a dropped member would like to fill in the role and complete but it makes sense that anyone coming in could very well be inconvenienced by that. You could tie pledge completion to the final boss only, but that also causes other issues while solving this one.

    I want to add a side note to that last part. Many people dont realize that only the final boss needs to be done on vet hard mode to get the 2 keys. The rest of the dungeon bosses can be done in normal. So when i get plopped down into a vet dungeon group that is almost done, I do the final boss HM then reque for normal.

    Another problem, some other people and I entered some finished dungeon again, and now have to wait to queue again, this is so annoying and frustating.

    Some newbies dont realize the dungeon is done and dont leave it, waiting for more people do join when the others, that know it is done, leave group, making the system queue and accept new people in, which is totaly unecessary and make us lose a lot of time and fun.

    I hope you fixed or fix this for next patch.

    Trolls do it often unfortunately and yes they should put in progress when que pops up and ask if you want to join or decline for an new dungeon not in progress
