I think it's time for me to start coming to terms on giving up on the MMO genre. Was nice while it lasted, but it seems MMO teams have went full on anti social PvE mode. GW2, BDO, and ESO now kinda feel like crappy single player titles with the option of seeing other players.
This has been a problem on console for over a year. Trying to capture or defend keeps is almost impossible. Due to the fact that you will guaranteed to hit a load screen mid fight. It’s simply unfair that mid combat you can be completely wiped because of a load screen. On console they last up to minutes, and there’s nothing you can do about it. This applies to anywhere you are at regardless of keep or outpost. Every update up until elsweyr this never happened. Some suggestions to prevent this and make cyrodiil enjoyable again are to leave keeps with the end caps so it’s doesn’t have to upgrade or downgrade. Remove load screens when walls are being repaired. This honestly makes no sense because your don’t hit a load screen when a wall or door comes down. Why should it if it’s being upgraded? Everyone at Zenimax please look into this. Because players are literally quitting because it’s literally unplayable.
80% is unplayable due to lag and the other 20% is unplayable because 99% of the map is useless. There are only people at direct paths to keeps from keeps at keeps or at resources. For the most part cyrodiil is empty unless your going from a keep to a keep. They need to get people moving and utilize more of the map, idk if it would have an effect but maybe if 99% of the pop was not clustered so close lag would be less.

Playing the same time, prime time evening, & not one loading screen or any of the issues I mentioned in previous post from a few days ago.
Possibly pve dragon event pulled bodies away, idk? So odd.
