CP 150 vs CP 160 Jewelry Crafting

I have JC skills maxed out, but when I craft a ring like Hunding's Rage, I can only get it to CP 150 -- not CP 160. Am I missing something?

make sure you click the little + sign that shows up under the platinum ingots to get to CP160. (It will cost you about 10x as many materials)
