requesting character load keeps goiing on forever, have to forcequit my game.. pls fix so i can relog again with no problems untill next patch, after that i don't give a rats ass....

    I suggest restarting your PC first. If that does not resolve your issue perform a repair. After that a tech support ticket. Characters are loading just fine on PC EU so this is likely a local issue.

    Edit: I completely logged out, closed client and logged in. Character loaded as it normally does.

    Can we please get a solution to this.
    It has been 2weeks since this started and have followed all the support steps.

    This started after re-subbing during the promo of an extra month.

    @Scorpionwind icymi there is not a Zos in front of my name.

    I suggest you look at my first post in this thread and try those steps. That includes a support ticket if those early steps do not help you like they helped the OP. Since this is clearly not a widespread issue the problem is likely local to your PC.

    I do love this game and company.

    This game is suppose to be me unwinding and relaxing, and yet.....


    Ticket 190928-001073 STILL NOT resolved.
    It has been going for 3 weeks now.

    I have done everything suggested on the forums and by support....I even replied stating that the error still persists.

    Can log in until Character load, then I get kicked back to log in :"An error has occurred...."

    It is NOT caused by Add-ons as I do NOT have any - please remove this reason from your troubleshoot page.

    It is also not my network as I went to a mate who can log in - using my laptop - and I could still not get in.

    Ports opened in the router settings and in anti-virus.

    Ran numerous repairs.

    Deleted/uninstalled ESO - copied over a version I back-up'd to an external (from Feb 2019).
    Repaired/ updated that version.

    NOTHING helped :neutral: :'(

    This started happening shortly after the free month was loaded ( I re-subbed shortly after that "promo" came out).

    So give us a free month then block the account?


    I am not saying any of this as a rant, but more from a place of disbelief and hurt.

    I have attached and emailed the report from the game consultant and and another error log I found in the eso folders.

    I have made time to log in with the previous events as I REALLY want that Onyx Indrik for my necro.

    PLEASE, have a look on your side.
