Hall of the Lunar Champion Interaction bug

When visiting the hall of the lunar champion visitors cannot interact with any items except crafting stations inside the house. If the visitor goes outside to the halls of colossus area and then back into the house they can now interact.
Visitor permissions are set to full.

This house has been bugged for a while now. I have to go into the housing editor, move or pickup something and exit out to interact with things in the houses.0
