So I saw the patch today regarding oblivion damage and I thought i'd revisit Sload's Semblance set to see if it has been fixed, and it hasn't. This set's 5th piece bonus only effects PVE enemies and will not activate on an enemy player under any circumstance. It's been like this since Scalebreaker launched.

As you see in the video, I invite my friend to duel and it will not proc on him, then I forfeit the duel and attack the target skeleton test dummy and you can see it procs multipule times in a short period. Can someone take a look @ZOS_GinaBruno

sproattt✭✭✭Been bugged for ages, since they touched oblivion damage and enchants the *** that set up. Not that good as it was.

Maiyu93✭✭✭Yeah its been bugged since scalebreaker launched day 1 and i posted about it back then but i dont think they read alot of the posts or maybe they do and just dont respond. Just thought it would have been fixed he patch that happened a few days ago
