Area - The Rift
Quest - Trial of the Spirit (Subquest of Geirmund's Guardian)
Issue - The quest's race markers lead into the water slowing the player and making it impossible (for non Argonians) to complete, after researching I've found that the markers are not suppose to be in the water at all. This has been either an ongoing or reoccurring issue since at least 2014, the oldest post I've found so far reporting this.

✭✭✭✭✭It's been awhile since I did that quest. If I remember, there is green algae in the water that really slows you down. If you swim around that algae, you will have plenty of time to finish the quest.0
