This wasn’t a technical glitch but a problem with the text of the motif, both the Crown Store and in-game drops, that said the Dawnbreaker style would unlock with the rest of the motif. At some point they decided not to have Dawnbreaker unlock that way, but they didn’t fix the text before it went live. They then pulled the motif and presumably had to go back through all of the files and correct the text.

Once the text has been taken care of, which may have already happened, the marketing people will probably have a say as to when to re-release it and for how much. (It was released for 6k crowns, 2k more than Coldsnap, which people were speculating was due to the inclusion of Dawnbreaker. But who knows if they meant to charge 6k even knowing Dawnbreaker was not included?) Release calendars seem to be planned out well in advance, so when items have problems, such as the Bogdan Arms Pack and Jode’s Embrace, it looks like they don’t just put them back in the crown store immediately. It has to be worked into the schedule going forward, probably however Marketing thinks will maximize sales.

Hope it’s soon, but they don’t seem in much of a hurry. In this case I would guess that they don’t want it to share the spotlight with Sunspire.
