To report botters you can navigate to [Options] on PlayStation 4 and find the Help Menu. From there, you can select the Customer Service Menu and proceed to fill out a ticket under the appropriate category type.

Please provide the following information:

The name of the player who is being reported
The reason why they are being reported (Spam, Botting, or Harassment)
The time of the incident
The megaserver the reported player is playing on

@ZOS_BillE We can only report chars and not accounts... Instead of sending one report per account, atm we need to send several reports instead...
Change this please since one account has ALWAYS several chars. ALWAYS I've been encountering 4-8 chars per account botting.

I have seen several bots today on Stros M’Kai / Betnikh - currently in the Carved Hills area of Betnikh there are at least 10 bots - most are just standing and spinning. I have reported a few of them, PS4 EU
