I do not know what is going on here, but I'm running out of resources with 1900 stam recovery on my stam necro. And literally I hit two moves and all my recovery is absolutely gone.

There are a number of ways you can fix poor recovery, @regime211:

    1. Add a glyph or two of stam recovery or cost reduction to your jewelry or weapons ... if you don’t have recovery glyphs already slotted.

    2. Put more recovery in CP (Mooncalf star of the Lover constellation). 76 points is the sweet spot ... though you can go up to 100.

    3. Slot skills that increase stam recovery (or skills with supporting stam recovery passives).

    4. Work on a better rotation or use skills that have a cheaper cost per cast.

    5. Change into an item set that has cost reduction ... such as Alteration Mastery.

I was having difficulty like you are with one of my builds.

I was running 2100 magicka recovery and felt like my magicka was still being strained.

I transmuted two jewelry pieces to infused (from arcane) and changed them to magicka cost reduction (from magicka recovery).

Now I'm at ~1700 recovery and have 1740 less magicka but each skill costs ~600 less. Seems to have made a huge difference for me.

Just do a heavy attack... because it makes total sense that swinging your weapons harder restores your stamina.

Yea I've been getting similar issues as well. I've heard from others that it might be an issue with the champions points system, though i'm not sure exactly what. Some have suggested to redo the CP points distribution to get it to recognise the regen, and there are also a few people who insist it has to be done in a particular order.

Notice how I did not specify anything you said? I'm a day 1 player so no disrespect but I know of everything you mentioned.

Interesting I figured something was wrong because no way should I be running out of recovery that fast. Especially with my setup.
