Hello,
Literally every motif or style page coming to the game has really smal shields that dont look like they offer real protection.
I only cicle between two Styles. Ebonheart Pact Shield and Daggerfall Shield. They are big and look like a shield a Knight would pick to protect him. Sadly we only get smal frisbees nowadays.
Can you increase shield size a bit please? Would be nice to see some new big shields again.

✭+1 we need more badass armor and weapons. Enough of the dinky little shields, skinny jeans and thin twisty swords. Give me something I can plow through my enemies with. I want to lop off heads.
I would also like to see more armor styles that look a little bit like this:

on my tank I wear order of the hour shield, since its one of the bigger once + it feels more unique then many of the other shields ingame

✭✭✭✭✭I’d like to see some more big pauldrons too. The imperial heavy shoulders are pretty nice but they’re so outdated and I’m not a huge fan of the diamond. Trinimac armor is okay-ish. Definitely would love to see some ragged beat up gear as well.2 -

✭There are so many possibilities of armors that would fit into the game. We have enough high fantasy armors. Give some more with realistic feelings. Chainmills (or how they called) wich steelplates and clothes. A little bit worn Out, damaged and stuff.

The Lothric Knight shield is one of the best medium shields until early endgame IMO. Havn't found one in Tamriel yet, though.no CP PvP PC/EU

Yes yes yes yes please!!!! I was about to write a topic about this .. majority of the armors are high fantasy stuff, but we need also some more realistic, more decent armors too!
There Are such armors in other elder scrolls games So it Is not something that Is not fitting into the game world.
And that armor you posted Is absolutelly incredible.

Yeah, a lot of motivs have small to medium shields from "targe" to "viking round shield"... but there are some with larger heater-shield sizes. Mercenary. Order of the Hour. Silver Dawn.
But... more choices would -always- be a good thing, so I am all for making a couple new motivs with -big- shields! Kite shields or tower shields even!
Let people pick the sheield size they want! Some adventurers may wish for small sheilds for their spelunking, others may want to hide behind huge slabs of metal!
And what I wished for most... was if the shields themselves came in two sizes for -every- motiv, with different benefits. Smaller ones for example would have standard values, larger ones might give a bonus to defense and a penalty to attack... and once again, let people pickl and choose!0 -

✭I tend to agree with the OP, there is certainly scope for more variety, & if larger shields are your thing yeah, why not have more in the game.
In general do think ZOS do a good job of providing an impressive amount of variety for aesthetic customisation.
-I would like to see more options for Greek/Roman style armours.
-I would like to see more options for, how to describe it, nature based options. Stuff that would fit with beast masters, druids, etc. Particularly with respect to staffs, more like the Prophets please.
-I would like to see more options for exposed skin, because there are some great skins in the game but most of the armour covers your skin up, limiting ones options.
-Also, more skirts/kilts etc please, of every type, ornate, intricate, barbaric, dirty, damaged, short, long etc.0
