I am doing quest King Aphren's sword and headed for the Sky shard ( before a breach in Athens wall) I was attacked by three ghosts next to a fire by a tent. after this I could not move out of the shaded area even on my mount. I closed eso down and restarted but was in the same situation. firing my staff at ghosts that are still around does nothing even when it hits them.
