You gotta keep logging until it either moves you to base, moves you out of pvp zone, or all the players move elsewhere. I don't think its possible to relog during a faction stack reliably; I've done in only a few times. Fortunately, I don't get booted often (unless its the keep reload bug on login that was fixed, then apparently unfixed because of crashing, now somehow its semi-stable).
