Absorb Magicka Glyph

Hi,
I have seen multiple dps parse videos where the user has an absord magicka glyph that indicates it deals "2755 magicka dmg and restores 354 magicka." For example, at the 03:58 mark of Liko's magplar parse you'll see he has it. The most I've seen for this glyph is 2527 magicka damage and restoring 354. Does anyone know how people like Liko are getting the higher number or how to craft it?

✭✭✭✭✭The best Absorb Magicka enchant is a Gold CP160 “ Truly Superb” made by combining Itade + Makko + Kuta. It has a base value of 1900 damage and 354 Magicka restored. Anything higher than these values is the result of external multipliers on damage, Magic damage, single target damage and/or direct damage.
You apparently have a 33% bonus to be seeing 2527 and Liko must have a 45% bonus to be get 2755. Take a look at your champion points (Master at Arms and Elemental Expert), as well as Destruction Staff passives (should give 8% with Inferno), and buffs like Minor Berserk (another 8%).1 -
