Sofa/couch/chair in Rimmen palace

Does anybody know if this particular piece is craftable? There's a couple of examples in Rimmen Palace.
If it is craftable and if anybody knows the exact name, I would appreciate the info.
I'm thinking it must be an Elsweyr design because, well, it's in Elsweyr and the ornate paintwork is similar to the Elsweyr couch, elegant.
I'm just now getting into furniture crafting and decorating.
