[Bug] Stranglers hitbox awefully to interrupt (Elden Hollow I)

In Elden Hollow 1 and the chokethorn boss i was trying to bash (interrupt) the stranglers and i just didn't hit anything. Takes me like 10 attempts to bash one strangler...

✭✭You're supposed to bash them? I've always just killed the boss, who usually dies in like 30 seconds. Welp.

Was just looking at your video. It looks like each time you had trouble bashing the small stranglers, you actually had the Boss targeted instead.
You have to be careful during encounters like this where the boss has such a large target radius. Try to avoid having the boss in your target frame (interrupt with your back to the boss/facing the away from the boss) next time you attempt to interrupt the small stranglers and see if you have better luck.0
