    Welcome to your very first mmo. Changes happen, changes are inevitable. Changes sometimes takes days to years to happen. Sometimes change never takes place. The life of an MMO.

    From the Patch Notes:-

    " Please note as with previous PTS cycles, the majority of combat changes will be in next week’s patch. "

    It must be a constant source of frustration to developers when people judge patch notes without actually bothering to read them first.

    Is this your first PTS Cycle? They have historically followed the same pattern DLC over DLC, do your research before posting.

    Week 2 is usually dull, but just because its business as usual doesn't mean it can't still be annoying. The worst part is being confident that you can predict next weeks notes, where they take a half step back of all the changes they made in the first weeks notes.
