I newly leveled a stamnecro, at 822cp , golden weps and purple jewe and body gears.
I have no access to trials, the sets i am using are sprrigan+briaheart +cruel flurry+thudous volley ,(no monster head )
I can only do 25k,which is much lower than what i do on a magiDK and Sor.Maybe just beacus im not smart enough to play a stam toon :)
What causes the low dps? My poor gears or poor DPS skill, if you were me ,how much you can do on this stamnecro

my list of dps depending on gear:
    - craftable, overland, dungeon: 36k+
    - craftable, overland, dungeon + vMA: 40k+
    - trial + vMA: 45k+

other than that is mostly perfect rotation with more damage skills. Also, try to use more single target dps skills, rather than AoE gound dots, with slighly more spamables like Snipe or Psijic skill.

It usually boils down to rotation. Do you light attack before every skill? Are your dots falling off?

Also, what cp/mundus are you using? You could be over-penetrating with Spriggans.

You need to give more information. Can you do a screenshot of your build including CP allocation and probably your combat metrics results, too? Mundus, Gear all divine? Race, buff food?

Which dummy did you use? This important, there is a huge difference if you do 25k on the 6m dummy or the 21m raid dummy.

Do you have sources of Major Brutality and Major Savagery, do you use potions on cooldown?

Probably you just need to practice your rotation more. When you do a dummy parse, you can calculate your light attacks per second. This is very helpful to see. If you are doing like 0.6 light attacks per second, you need to practice weaving to get better dps.

What you need to parse properly on your stam toon:
    - Potions providing Major Brutality, Major Savagery, Stamina, Major Endurance (Essence of Weapon Power)
    - Food that gives you Max Stamina and Stamina Recovery (Lava Foot Soup-And-Saltrice)
    - Mundus should be Shadow, since it is the strongest at the moment
    - Sets should be oriented towards doing more critical hits: if you don't have access to meta sets, namely Lokkestiiz, Relequen then consider replacing Spriggan with Hunding's Rage (craftable) or Leviathan (from Crypt of Hearts).
If you need easy-to-get Briarheart weapons, should you choose to stop using the vMA daggers, there is a quest in northern Wrothgar that has Materre's Bodkin, a unique Briarheart dagger, as reward. You will only need to change its trait, since it comes in powered.
    - Skills and rotation are the most important thing you need to be doing right, I would recommend browsing Liko's channel on youtube to find good bar setups, correct information on skills and their morphs as well as recorded rotation examples (i.e. search "Liko ESO" on youtube)

    Hope this helps
