No guild trader voices

I'm having trouble with guild trader dialogue. I can hear other NPC voices (bankers, merchants, quest givers), but not the guild traders. This only seems to have happened today. I've tried rebooting and repairing the game files, but no joy. I'm on PC EU. Any thoughts?
