If my DPS is around 29k live now. How will I be able to do any vet content next patch???

It depends on what changes go Live and how much actual DPS you lose with the changes.

Can you test on PTS to see how much DPS you lose once you adjust to the changes? That might give you a better idea of what you can expect.

This. Unless you're on console like me, I'd suggest getting on the PTS and practice. Otherwise, you're pretty much at the mercy of PC players who will hopefully offer valid feedback to the devs.

One possible positive outcome could be that, since everyone's DPS will be lowered, trial groups may become a bit more relaxed.

That's what I was thinking. Of course, it could always go the other way and endgamers could become susceptible to more elitists. But in reality, unless you are chasing scores, you should still be able to do vet content. Its not just your DPS that is being harmed
