Ok so I want to know which patch was the most balanced and fun (combat wise) according to the player base so hopefully zos can make better decisions in the future
Mainly talking pvp but pveers are welcome to give opinions too
Personally I prefer wrathstone due to maining a medium armour stamblade and disliking the nerfs in elsweyr and the dots and cast time in scalebreaker

✭✭✭✭✭I don't really have a strong opinion on class v class balance in PVP, but I really enjoyed the patches when ZOS increased AP for Defense ticks. NuarBlack✭✭✭✭Earlier patch (plz specify)Hard for me to remember specifics of the older patches they start to run together but I actually had a lot of fun during murkmire if we go semi recent playing on all my characters. Felt I could succeed with any class. Could just be I played a lot and "got gud" or "learned2play" but it definitely didn't feel like nerfmire sky was falling like many at the time.
Before that I'd go clear back to when gear didn't matter and people ran around naked and cyro didn't lag at launch. Then it wasn't bad once they finally capped CP and introduced non-cp there for bit whenever that was.0 -

✭✭Earlier patch (plz specify)There was always good and bad every patch. You cant just flat out say what patch was the best considering so many of them had good and bad aspects (in other words abused aspects).
My favorite time to play this game was when cryodill wasn't so easily PvD'd. People could actually show up to keep fights before they were taken.
Ive even started to miss Resource Doors. It was how you held it down and flagged keeps back in the day. Now you just Front Door in 2 mins or get the hammer.

✭✭Earlier patch (plz specify)Probably Homestead, but everything between Thiefs Guild and Morrowind was pretty good, with a few exceptions, but those never lead to big problems.
