I have been playing since the game was released on the EU Xbox and am very aware that the RNG is not all that it could be. However am i missing the obvious in obtaining DIBELLIUM, or is it that quite simply the powers that be at ESO have forgot to put into place a system of either obtaining or buying this rarer than rocking horse crap item, hopefully someone from eso will read this and now after a year since jewelry crafting went live they might be kind enough to raise this issue at the next what is wrong and what could be improved meeting

Are you sure you are doing "daily random dungeons" and not just "dungeons"? I am swimming in dibellium, don't know how you can only have one.This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.1 -

Recommend checking around, its real cheap but some try to sell it expensive.
