As I sit and wait patiently for the Q2' 2020, I am actually enjoy reading how upset players are taking the these adjustments.

A guild of us took an extended break to let ZOS to it's thing. And looks like nothing has changed, I really feel bad for the newer players. It wasn't like this before, and no other MMO should ever be this troubling.

So I just wanted to know if players new and vet are enjoying the complaint reads. Because Its really entertaining to see people perspectives today vs 3 years ago. 😂

Wait, so you are enjoying the fact that some people are upset?

Your parents must be so proud....

My mother is deceased and I'm taking care of my father who has cancer.

@jecks33 Q2' 2020 is when ZOS implements it's last phase to fix performance.

And it's quite an easy pattern to see once you stop playing for a month or so. @Stoney_McGeee gets it and understands it's only a matter of time before you see that nothing really changes.

And still enjoying the misfortune of others apparently. That said, you have my sympathies.

Um, who reads it, it’s more entertaining to do other things or play other games.

I am fairly sure that new players are fine. Most people seem upset because it is a change. They may have "reasons" that make it appear otherwise, but it's just the same. New players don't have that.

I also wait for Q2 2020 to see what that brings. But Cyberpunk will overshadow everything.

Cyberpank is not MMO. And so far it doesn't look that impressive, gameplay and graphics which were shown are on same level as majority games right now, nowhere near the W3. I am not CDPR fan or W3 fan, but damn those first dozens hours when you saw W3 in videos and then when you played it, it was a miracle how perfect everything is and only on 100+ hours you start to notice some issues, though mostly minor ones.

I hate the phrase, "not for everyone," but Witcher 3 really did fit that. I mean, if Cyberpunk isn't your thing, it's not your thing. No worries there. It does look pretty snazzy from where I'm sitting, but, we'll see.

I'll be thrilled to see them go just as soon as they stop being warranted by godawfully-bad decisions.

Once ZOS learns to nerf out-of-control power in a way that targets the out-of-control powerful rather than doing so in ways that'll affect the ordinary more than the powerful, we can move on to looking forward to updates rather than dreading them. That'll be much more pleasant.

I find a sort of sad humor to it. As always those who want to adapt will and those who don’t, won’t. ESO isn’t that hard of a game to understand or “master”, it is after all, a vidya game. I just think if people are so mad they should quit playing for a while or entirely.

Thing is.... everyone was calling for content to become less face roll easy..... so.... 🤷‍♀️

It was about overland lol. And this doesn't fix overland in any way, cause you are mostly one-shotting everything with LA+spammable if both will crit.

The problem lies with people obsessed with increasing their power as much as they can. My StamBlade with a 70% crit still has to hit a 40k mob with 3 or 4 attacks depending on how many crit. Sometimes RNG lets me do a two shot but that's not common. I've seen lower CP levels get into a slug match with overland mobs, and if that's what most people want, then all they have to do is not chase the meta and maybe even gimp themselves a little.

Player: "This content is too easy! I bulldoze everything."

Also Player: "I want to be as powerful as I can get."
