I am around lv30 and have 2 blue exes each with 66 dmg
If i look into my chara i only have 82 dmg in weapon dmg and does not go up when i lv up and add a point to stamina.
Its it because the off hand does less dmg? And why dmg does not go up when stamina is increased?

I don't think weapon damage scales with stamina... If a weapon has 82 weapon damage, that's not going to increase as you level. You'll have to acquire a new weapon like you've always had to do in an MMO when your level begins to surpass that of your equipment.

As the above said, weapon damage doesn't increase with stamina, only abilities that use stamina have their damage increased with more stamina.

Also the offhand weapon only adds %25 of it's weapon damage to your total (each hit then goes off your total instead of alternating), though if you take the duel-wield expert passive it increases to 40% then 50% of the weapon damage (lvl 1 and 2).

At least that's what it says when you scroll over stamina
Regarding the weapons they are also lv30 so i should have the full 66 of main + off hand + stamina buff or is the stamina only for the pool
I'm going to investigate changing the main one and off hand one to do maths

Thx on clarifying bur lets say 66 main + 33 of hand with passives it should give 99 and not only 82

Hmm so you have the pass and it's only giving 25%? That's weird, unless without passives it's 10% and with its 15%/25% which is might be. Let me do some research and I will edit.

Edit: Can't seem to find exact numbers on the base dual wield weapons add to your weapon damage. The way the passive is worded though if you are only getting 82, that means your off-hand is adding approximately 25% (actually 24% repeating) to weapon damage. This would mean it does 0% without the passive. Unless the passive increases the base amount by 25% to 24% which would mean 1.25x=24 which means base would be 19.2% which doesn't really make sense either to be such a weird number. So I am not sure what the base amount is.

So that 82 or whoever its calculated its only for melee attacks and not weapon skills right? or does it stack up skill+weapon damage
Because if not i prefer 82 + other skills. I mean start killing mob with melee + magica driven skills and only when its less 25% health use the weapon skills

Weapon skills damage does take into account your weapon damage.

Basic Attacks (mouse buttons attacks) = weapon damage only
Weapon skill attacks = Stamina and Weapon damage
Melee Class Skills (some) = Magicks and Weapon damage (from what I've read not 100% on this one)
Most Class Skills = Magicka and Spell Damage.

So when you up stamina you only affect weapon skills and not mouse button?

    I believe this is true.
