Hey all!
Does anyone know if the Valkyn Skoria proc hits players who cloak or dodgeroll?

It does hit through dodge, it does not hit through cloak (i think the splash dmg might break cloak tho if the set procs on a player nearby, but not 100% sure).

Valkyn does hit through cloak. It must proc before the player goes into cloak, since cloak suppresses dots.
