Well i guess they listened to this at least... Surge and morphs will now give both buffs.

SADLY the game will be unplayable if they will implement those patchnotes. I can only seriously hope they think about pretty much all changes they want to make, because if not, this change will be sadly pretty useless. 20% of 0 damage will still be 0 damage next patch.
