Befoul and Soul Harvest

Im looking on eso build editor messing around with cp I noticed that even if I put points into befoul soul harvest is still only 30%. Can anybody confirm if there was a change to this? I swear it use to amplify the major defile on this.

    I thought the same thing.

    By the way I'm pretty sure we got into it in IC earlier and it was a stalemate (me on my blue Magblade). You run a red Magblade right?

    Befoul % increase won't show on the build editor. It never did.

    BTW 33 points into befoul in game will bring it to 35%. Anymore then that is a waste of points imo.

    33 points just give you 5 percent? lol. it is already a waste to give any point then?

    Ok thank you for the info. Thats good to know I can probably find a better use for those points lol.
