ZoS, From PTS: Selling inventory in the crown store that you cannot get in game?

Inching more and more over the P2W line if you are going to sell things in the crown store for character upgrades that you cannot earn in game. I'm sure some will say it's only 5 slots or not a magical weapon so it doesn't count. But this seems a bit shady to me. Any clarification on the inventory upgrade and whether it will be available without buying it in the crown store?
Edit: Judging from PTS tests, this does allow you to go to 205 inventory.
Edit 2: Someone said that ZoS said on Live that you could earn this boar in game through a quest? I did not see this on Live myself (I did watch the whole thing) but possible I missed it. Can we get confirmation??

Well, this is why I created the thread, would love to hear from ZoS that it is just that and not allowing people to get to 205 only through the crown store.-- @xaraan --

What?
You max capacity is 200.
Your max capacity with the boar is 205.
Anyway,
