Grim Focus timer is broken

The timer that holds the 5 light attack stacks on grim focus has been broken for a long time now, where it will say you have 5 light attacks stacked, but the Assassins Revenge/Will proc will disappear before the timer runs out. The bow proc will randomly disappear. This potentially causes me to miss my window to kill someone.. Has anyone else had this issue?

✭Yes, it’s bugged. It’s at least 5 seconds shorter than the tooltip and counter indicate.1
